Educationally, Olla is not backward. Write from the ancient time our ancestor have cherished education. In fact, oral sources confirmed that Olla people jointly donated and sponsored their sons and daughter to attend the Sudan Interior Mission School, a missionary organization that brought the gospel of Jesus Christ to Olla and it environ. The school then known in Hausa language as Magaranta situated at Oro Agor and later Omu-Aran. Some of the first beneficiary of such is the late Rev’d Daniel Abegunde Onijala, Pastor S.O Adelokun and others. Today, there are both private and government owned educationally institution today at Olla, such include Igbeyinadun Nursery and Primary School, ECWA LGEA Primary School, Community Primary School, Secondary Commercial School. All of which have produced great people that are highly placed in all strata of Nigerian economy and other high places. The first of which to be established by the missionary organization of SIM in the house of Late Pa Samuel Adeshina which later moved to the present site of the 2nd ECWA Olla in the present Odi compound is ECWA Primary School.
